Did i mention i intend to do a 10 day vipasanna course from the 24th december to the 4th january? I think 10 days of rigerous meditation will do me good, i feel it will. I desire it, don't want to wait for it.

On another subject, my right hand is looking redder and feeling warmer then my left. Probably because the right was stimulated by being cooled down a lot while i kept the other warm cycling for about 90 minutes in total in the 8 degree celcius or 40 Fahrenheit ish degree weather.
